Over the last years, the flow of internal transactions among CSIC libraries has dropped 35% compared for 2001-2003, due to the technological development and the collective contracting by CSIC of the large packages of electronic resources which the main publishers. Nevertheless the number of documents supplied to other institutions, has remained stable. The level of use increase of total transactions between 2009 and 2010 is only 2.1%, by the other hand, decrease in 2009 is 5.8% and 2010 even increase is 6.3%. The level is similar at 2007, so we think this service has stabilized. During 2011, total transaction was 3,707 (supplied and requested.) Of which 3,272 documents were delivered (7 % lower than 2010); of these 1,592 being supplied to CSIC’s library Network (2.5% lower than 2010) and 1,680 to other institutions (11.4% lower than 2010). Whereas 435 documents (4.8% higher than 2010) were requested from other libraries, of which 225 (7.1% higher than 2010) came from CSIC's network and 210 documents (2,4% higher than 2010) from other institutions. 43 % documents requested from other libraries were supplied by Subito.
During 2012, total transaction was 3,939 (both supplied and requested.) Of which 3,419 documents were delivered (4.5 % higher than 2011); of these 1,773 being supplied to CSIC’s library Network (11.3% higher than 2011) and 1,648 to other institutions (2 % higher than 2009). Whereas 520 documents (16.3 higher than 2011) were requested from other libraries, of which 239 (6 % higher than 2011) came from CSIC's network and 281 (33.8 % higher than 2011) from other institutions, with 30 % documents came from Subito.
The number of book loaned to users was 89 in 2011 and 75 in 2012.The decrease of book loaned will be due to the eBooks.

The "A to Z" holds 23,518 resources; of which 8,614 are e_journals, and 14,904 ebooks. All of the Our users are used to the application (e_journals and e-Books). 30,411 sessions were been made in 2011 and 27,128 in 2012. Whereas 10,412 searches have been made in 2011 and the searches in 2012 increased up to 14,894. The number of pages visited per session is decreasing.
