During 2009: Total transaction was 3,680 (supplied and requested) Of which 3,197 documents were delivered (-2.6 % lower than 2008); of these 1,708 being supplied to CSIC’s library Network (6% higher than 2008) and 1,489 to other institutions (-10.1 lower than 2008). Whereas 658 documents (65% higher than 2008) were requested from other libraries, of which 396 (58.4% higher than 2008) came from CSIC's network and 262 (76% higher than 2008) from other institutions. 165 documents were requested to Subito. The increase of requested documents is occasional.
During 2010: Total transaction was 3,936 (both supplied and requested) Of which 3,521 documents were delivered (7.3 % higher than 2009); of these 1,798 being supplied to CSIC’s library Network (5.2% higher than 2009) and 1,723 to other institutions (15% higher than 2009). Whereas 415 documents (-37.5 lower than 2009) were requested from other libraries, of which 210 (-47% lower than 2008) came from CSIC's network and 205 (-21.8% lower than 2008) from other institutions, with 105 documents came from Subito.
The number of book loaned to users was 81 in 2009 and 70 in 2008. The decrease of book loaned will be due to the e-Books.

Users are used to the application. 36,497 sessions were been made in 2009. and 30,497 in 2010. The connection time by session is hold with a slightly decrease 107’ in 2009 and over 2 h. in 2010. The number of pages visited per session is 17 (2009) and 16 (2010). This tool has been the main access point to electronic journals.
